Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have the following minimum Educational Qualification required for the UPSC Nursing Officer Recruitment 2024
- B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing from a recognized University of Institute; or Regular course in B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute; AND Registered as a nurse or nurse and mid-wife with State Nursing Council. OR
- Diploma in General Nursing Mid-Wifery from a recognized Board of Council; and Registered as a nurse or nurse and mid-wif with State Nursing Council; One year experience in minimum fifty bedded hospital after acquiring the educational qualification.
Age Limit:
Candidates should meet the following Age Limit for the Nursing Officer Recruitment 2024 under the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
- Minimum Age of the Candidates: 18 Years
- Maximum Age of the URs / EWSs Candidates: 30 Years
- Maximum Age of the OBCs Candidates: 33 Years
- Maximum Age of the SCs / STs Candidates: 35 Years
- Maximum Age of the PwBDs Candidates: 40 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
