- All Educational Certificates and Mark sheets.
- Caste Certificate.

- Two recent Character Certificate issued by two Gazette Officer / Medical Practitioner / Sarpanch etc.
- Two copies of recent pass port size photographs duly self attested.
- Two Self addressed envelopes of the size 25cms X 10cms with required postage stamp.
