Qualification :-
- The Candidates must passed Class-V.
Other Eligibility Criteria :-
- The candidate must be a citizen of Keonjhar District.
- Be able to speak, read & write Odia.
- Be of good moral character & conduct.
- Good mental condition and bodily health and free from any physical defect.
- If married, must not have more than one spouse living.
Age Limit (As on 01/01/2020) :-
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 60 Years
