Eligibility of the candidates :-
- 10+2 pass or its equivalent with computer proficiency of “O” level and use of Odia language.
- Computer proficiency is only qualifying in nature and shall not count for determining the order of merit.
- The candidate should be a resident of Balasore District.

Age Limit (As on 01/10/2019) :-
- Minimum Age : 18 Years
- Maximum Age : 40 Years
- Age relaxation as per rules.
Examination Fee :-
- The candidates are required to deposit fees of Rs 200/- (Rupees Two hundred only).
- Mode of Payment: Dimand Draft drawn in favour of Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Balasore payable at Balasore.
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe are exempted from payment of examination fees.
Documents Required (Self Attested Photo Copy) :-
- Matriculation/ HSC Certificate.
- Matriculation/ HSC Mark Sheet.
- + 2 Certificate (CHSC & its equivalent).
- + 2 Mark Sheet (CHSC & its equivalent).
- Computer Proficiency Certificate (O Level with Odia Type or PGDCA, BCA, MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science) from any Government recognized Organisations/Universities being higher than “O” Level with Odia type).
- Higher Educational Qualification Certificate, if any.
- Residential Certificate.
- Caste Certificate.
- Photograph (to be pasted in the Application Form)
