Eligibility of the candidates :-
- 10+2 pass or its equivalent with computer proficiency of “O” level and use of Odia language.
- Computer proficiency is only qualifying in nature and shall not count for determining the order of merit.
- The candidate should be a resident of Sundargarh District.

Age Limit (As on 01/10/2019) :-
- Minimum Age : 18 Years
- Maximum Age : 40 Years
- Age relaxation as per rules.
Examination Fee :-
- The candidates are required to deposit fees of Rs 100/- (Rupees One hundred only).
- Mode of Payment: Dimand Draft drawn in favour of Project Director, DRDA, Sundargarh payable at Sundargarh.
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe are exempted from payment of examination fees.
Documents Required (Self Attested Photo Copy) :-
- Matriculation/ HSC Certificate.
- Matriculation/ HSC Mark Sheet.
- + 2 Certificate (CHSC & its equivalent).
- + 2 Mark Sheet (CHSC & its equivalent).
- Computer Proficiency Certificate (O Level with Odia Type or PGDCA, BCA, MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science) from any Government recognized Organisations/Universities being higher than “O” Level with Odia type).
- Higher Educational Qualification Certificate, if any.
- Residential Certificate.
- Caste Certificate.
- Photograph (to be pasted in the Application Form)
NOTE:- The candidates should send their applications through Registered Post/ Speed Post only in the address of Project Director, District Rural Development Agency, Sundargarh, At/Po/Dist-Sundargarh, PIN-77001. The cover (envelop) containing the Application Form and other relevant documents as called for, must be super scribing “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF GRS”, which must reach to DRDA, Sundargarh before the date line fixed above.
