Educational Qualification

Applicants must fulfill the post-wise eligibility criteria prescribed under RITES Limited Recruitment 2026 in order to be eligible for online application.

For Engineering Posts: Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Ocean Structures, Structural Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
For Assistant Manager (HR): MBA / PGDBA / PGDM / PGDHRM with specialization in HR / Personnel Management.

Required post-qualification experience ranges from 2 to 8 years depending on the post.
