Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have the following minimum Educational Qualification required for the OPSC Assistant Professors Recruitment 2024
- Candidates must Possess a Master’s Degree, with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade, in the concerned / relevant / allied subject from an Indian University or an equivalent Degree from a Foreign University. Provided that for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caster (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Socially and Educational Backward Classes (SEBC) & Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories, the recruitment of securing at least 55% marks shall be reduced to 50% marks or its equivalent grade.
- Must have cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) meant for appointment of Assistant Professor (Stage-I) or must have acquired a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned / relevant / allied subject from an Indian University or a Foreign University.
Age Limit:
Candidates should meet the following Age Limit for OPSC Assistant Professors Recruitment 2024.
- Minimum Age of the Candidate: 21 Years
- Maximum Age of the Candidate: 45 Years
- Candidates must have been born not earlier than 17/04/1979 & not later than 16/04/2003
- Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
