Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for OHPC Limited Recruitment 2025 must meet the following qualifications:

Management Trainee (HR): PG Degree / Diploma in HRM / PMIR / MBA in HR with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD).
Management Trainee (Finance): CA / CMA with a degree in any discipline.
Management Trainee (Legal): LLB with minimum 50% marks.
Management Trainee (Secretarial): Graduate with ACS / FCS (Law preferred).
Management Trainee (PR): PG Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication with 60% marks (50% for reserved categories).
Diploma Engineer Trainee (Electrical / Civil): Diploma in respective discipline with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD).
Technical Trainee Posts: HSC with ITI Trade Certificate / National Apprenticeship Certificate in relevant trade.
Crane Operator: 10th Pass with Workman-C permit & minimum 5 years’ experience operating 100T load cranes.
Store Keeper: Commerce Graduate with 1-year Diploma in Computer Application.

Age Limit

Applicants for OHPC Limited Recruitment 2025 must meet the following age criteria as of 01/08/2025:

For MT Posts: 21 to 32 years
For DET / Technical Trainee Posts: 18 to 32 years
Age relaxation is applicable for SC / ST / SEBC / Women / Ex-Servicemen (5 years) and PwBD (10 years) as per Odisha Govt. rules.
