Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have the following Educational Qualifications for the above Executive Post Vacancies in NALCO Recruitment 2025
- Deputy Manager (Finance): Degree in any discipline with Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
- Deputy Manager (Systems): Degree in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology OR Degree in any discipline with MCA.
- Deputy Manager (HRD): Graduation with PG Degree or PG Diploma in Social Work / Labour Welfare / Personnel Management / IR / IRPM / HR / HRM or MBA (Personnel Management / HR / HRM), minimum of two years duration.
- Deputy Manager (Law): Degree in any discipline with a Graduate Degree in Law OR Integrated Law of 5 years duration.
- Deputy Manager (Survey – Coal Mines): Degree in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Certificate of Competency under Coal Mines regulation. Candidates having a Surveyor certificate will be given preference.
- Deputy Manager (PR&CC): Graduate with PG Degree or Diploma in PR / Journalism / Mass Communication (minimum of two years duration).
- Deputy General Manager (Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Metalliferrous Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted / Restricted).
- Deputy Manager (Environment): Degree in Engineering with PG Diploma in Environmental Science / Degree in Environmental Engineering.
- Senior Manager (Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Metalliferrous Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted / Restricted).
- Deputy Manager (Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Metalliferrous Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted / Restricted).
- Deputy Manager (Coal Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Certificate of Competency under Coal Mines regulation (restricted / Unrestricted).
- Deputy Manager (Safety): Degree in Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the Odisha State Government or Regional Labour Institute under DGFASLI (Ministry of Labour & Employment, GOI) & adequate knowledge of Odia language as per Odisha Factories Rule, 61A.
- Deputy Manager (Geology): M.Sc. Geology / Applied Geology or M.Sc. Tech. in Geology / Allied Geology or M.Tech. in Geology / Applied Geology.
- Deputy Manager (Survey – Buxite Mines): Degree or equivalent Diploma in Mining Engineering with Survey Competency certificate under MMR 1961.
Age Limit:
The Age Limit for NALCO Recruitment 2025 for the above Executive Post Vacancies is as follows
- Maximum Age Limit for Deputy General Manager Post Vacancies: 48 Years
- Maximum Age Limit for Senior Manager Post Vacancies: 41 Years
- Maximum Age Limit for Deputy Manager Post Vacancies: 35 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per the Government rules.
