National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has released the official NABARD Recruitment 2025 Notification for the post of Assistant Manager (Grade A) in Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS), Legal Service, and Protocol & Security Service. A total of 91 vacancies have been announced. Eligible candidates can apply online between 08 November 2025 and 30 November 2025.

Educational Qualification

Educational requirements for NABARD Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025 vary by discipline:

General (RDBS): Bachelor’s degree in any subject with at least 60% marks (55% for SC / ST / PwBD) OR Post-Graduate degree (MBA / PGDM) with at least 55% marks (50% for SC / ST / PwBD) OR CA / CS / ICWA / PhD from a recognised institution.
Specialised Streams (IT / Computer Science): Four-year Bachelor’s Engineering / Technology degree in CS / IT / Electronics / Telecom / Data Science etc. with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC / ST / PwBD) OR Post-Graduate degree in similar disciplines with minimum 55% (50% for SC / ST / PwBD).
Specialised Streams (Finance / Banking / Accounting): BBA (Finance / Banking) / BMS (Finance / Banking) with minimum 60% (55% for SC / ST / PwBD) OR Full-time MBA / PGDM in Finance / relevant qualification with at least 55% (50% for SC / ST / PwBD).
Agriculture / Animal Husbandry / Fisheries / Forestry / Horticulture etc.: Bachelor’s degree in the respective discipline (Agriculture / Actuarial etc) with minimum 60% (55% for SC / ST / PwBD) OR Post-Graduate in same field with minimum 55% (50% for SC / ST / PwBD).
Legal Service (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with minimum required marks OR Master’s in Law (LLM) with required marks.
Protocol & Security Service (P&SS): Commissioned Officer with minimum 10 years of service (for PwBD 5 years) in Army / Navy / Air Force; academic qualification may not be strictly the same as other streams.

Age Limit

Candidates applying for NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2025 must meet the following age criteria:

For RDBS / Legal Posts: 21 to 30 years (born between 02/11/1995 and 01/11/2004)
For Protocol & Security Service: 25 to 40 years (born between 02/11/1985 and 01/11/2000)
Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
