Educational Qualification :-

  • TGT Arts : The Candidates should passes a Bachelor Degree in Arts/ Commerce with two School Subjects* as Honours/ Elective / Pass / Optional from a recognized university having 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC / ST / SEBC / PH Candidates) and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) from a NCTE recognized Institution.
  • TGT Science (PCM/CBZ) : The Candidates should passes a Bachelor Degree in Arts/ Commerce with two School Subjects* as Honours/ Elective / Pass / Optional from a recognized university having 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC / ST / SEBC / PH Candidates) and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) from a NCTE recognized Institution.
  • TGT Sanskrit : The Candidates should passes a Bachelor Degree in Arts/ Commerce with two School Subjects* as Honours / Elective / Pass / Optional from a recognized university having 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC / ST / SEBC / PH Candidates) and Sikshya Shastri (Sanskrit) a course Prescribed by NCTE, from a recognized University Institution.
  • TGT Hindi : The Candidates should passes a Bachelor Degree in Arts/ Commerce with two School Subjects* as Honours / Elective / Pass / Optional from a recognized university having 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC / ST / SEBC / PH Candidates) and One of the following qualifications:
    1.  Hindi Sikshyan Parangat from Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra
    2.  BHEd, a course prescribed by NCTE, from a recognized University/lnstitution.
    3.  B.Ed. in Hindi, a course prescribed by NCTE, from Dakhin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Madras. 
  • PET : The Candidates should passes +2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized institution with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC / ST / SEBC / PH Candidates) and C.P.Ed. / B.P.Ed. / M.P.Ed. from a recognized Board / University.
  • ISC-CT : The Candidates should passes +2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized institution with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC / ST / SEBC / PH Candidates) and CT from a recognized Board / University.

Age Limit (As on 01/01/2020) :-

  • Minimum Age: 21 Years 
  • Maximum Age : 32 Years
  • Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Examination Fee :-

  • For Other Candidates: Rs.200/-
  • SC/ ST / PwD candidates: Nil
  • Payment Mode: Dimand Draft in favour of The District Welfare Officer, Mayurbhanj payable at SBI Main Branch, Baripada. 

Documents Required (Self attested Photo Copies) :-

  • All Academic Qualification Certificates up to the minimum qualification required for the post applied.
  • Mark Sheets of all Examinations up to the minimum qualification as required for the post applied.
  • Caste Certificate issued from the competent authority in case of ST/SC/SEBC applicants.
  • Residential Certificate issued from the competent authority.
  • Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
  • Character Certificate issued from the Head of the Institution last studied.
  • Identity Card issued by the Sports & Youth Service Department in case of Sports Person.
  • Identity Card and Discharge Certificate indicating the period of service rendered in case of Ex-Service man.
  • Person with Disability (PWD) Certificate issued by Competent Authority in case of Physically Handicapped candidates.
  • 3 (Three) nos. of recent Photographs of Passport Size Colour Picture with white background signed by the applicant in the front side.

Note :- The Application Form duly filled in by the applicant in his/her own handwriting in Capital Letter using ball point pen of Blue/ Black colour ink along with the required documents in an Envelope super scribed “Application for the Post of Contractual__________________”, should reach the office of THE DISTRICT WELFARE OFFICER, MAYURBHANJ, AT:MURGABADI, PO:BHANJPUR, DIST.:MAYURBHANJ, PIN-757002 by Registered/ SpeedPost only on or before 17/01/2020 till 05.00 P.M.

The application received after last date will not be considered.
