Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for IOCL Recruitment 2025 must possess the following qualifications:
- 3-year Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering from AICTE/UGC/State Board recognized institutions.
- Minimum 65% marks for General/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates and 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Final year diploma students must produce results by 31st October 2025.
- Higher professional qualifications (BE/B.Tech/MBA/CA etc.) are not eligible.
Age Limit
Applicants for IOCL Recruitment 2025 should meet the prescribed age criteria as on 01.07.2025:
- General/EWS: Max 26 Years
- OBC (NCL): Max 29 Years
- SC/ST: Max 31 Years
- PwBD: Additional 10 years relaxation
