Educational Qualification:
Here are the Minimum Educational Qualification required for the recruitment of the above posts in the Indian Coast Guard
- Navik (General Duty): The Candidates should be 10+2 passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
- Navik (Domestic Branch): The Candidates should be 10th Class passed from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
- Yantrik: The Candidates Should Possess Matriculation or equivalent & Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics & Telecommunication (Radio / Power) Engineering approved by AICTE.
Age Limit:
Candidates should follow the below Age Limit for Indian Coast Guard Yantrik Recruitment 2022.
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 22 Years
- For Navik (GD) & Yantrik: Candidates should born between 01/08/2000 to 31/07/2004
- For Navik (DB): Candidates should born between 01/10/2000 to 30/09/2004.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Physical Standard Required:
The Physical Standard required for Indian Coast Guard Yantrik Recruitment 2022 is given below
- Height: Minimum 157 cms
- Chest: Should be well proportioned. Minimum expansion 5 cms
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age + 10 percentage
- Hearing: Normal
- Visual Standard: 6/36 (Better Eye) and 6/36 (Worse Eye)
