Educational Qualification

To apply for HAL Recruitment 2025 Junior Lecturer posts, candidates must fulfill the following educational criteria:

Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized university with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).
M.Phil or Ph.D. qualification will be considered as an added advantage.
Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia and must have passed an examination in Odia equivalent to the Middle English School standard.
Proficiency in English will be treated as an additional qualification.

Age Limit

Minimum Age Limit: 21 years
Maximum Age Limit: 50 years
Age relaxations are applicable as per the Government of India rules.
