- Senior Engineer (Boiler Operation): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical with minimum 60% marks and Certificate of Proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer.
- Senior Engineer (Mechanical): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Production & Industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical & Automobile with minimum 65% Marks.
- Senior Engineer (Electrical): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Electrical / Electrical, Electronics & Power / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Power with minimum 65% marks.

- Senior Officer (Fire & Safety): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Fire / Fire & Safety with minimum 60% Marks. Preference will be given to candidates having one-year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Central / Regional Labour Institute recognized by Government.
- Senior Officer (C&P): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Chemical / Mechanical / Production / Electrical / Instrumentation / Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics / Metallurgy / Civil / Telecommunication with minimum 65% marks.
- Senior Engineer (Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Civil with minimum 65% marks.
- Senior Officer (Marketing): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 65% Marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Marketing / Oil & Gas / Petroleum and Energy / Energy and Infrastructure / International Business with minimum 65% Marks.
- Senior Officer (F&A): CA / CMA (ICWA) OR B. Com with minimum 60% Marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 65% Marks. OR Graduation (B.A.) with Honours in Economics with minimum 60% Marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 65% Marks. OR Graduation (B.A. / B.Sc.) with Honours in Maths with minimum 60% Marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 65% Marks. - Senior Officer (Medical Services): MBBS Degree (Qualification should be recognized by Medical Council of India with valid registration with relevant statutory council / body). Desirable: Diploma in specialized field e.g. DGO, DCH etc.
- Senior Officer (Corporate Communication): Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60% marks and Two years Master’s Degree / Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Communication / Advertising and Communication Management / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism with minimum 65% marks.
- Officer (Laboratory): Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks.
- Officer (Security): Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years with minimum 60% marks.
- Officer (Official Language): Master’s Degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature with minimum 60% marks. Should have English as one of the subjects in Graduation.
