Educational Qualification
The educational qualifications for EMRS Recruitment 2025 vary by post:
- Principal: Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks, along with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. The candidate must have at least 12 years of combined teaching and administrative experience, including 4 years as Vice Principal/Principal.
- PGTs: Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks from a recognized university, along with a B.Ed. degree. Proficiency in teaching in English/Hindi is essential.
- PGT (Computer Science): M.Sc. in Computer Science / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Applications / M.Sc. in Information Technology, OR B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications, plus B.Ed. qualification.
- TGTs: Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and a B.Ed. degree. Candidates must also have qualified the CTET/STET Paper-II conducted by CBSE/State Boards.
- TGT (Computer Science): B.Sc. in Computer Science / BCA / B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or IT from a recognized university. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree with PG Diploma in Computer Applications is acceptable. B.Ed. and CTET Paper-II qualifications are compulsory.
- Art Teacher: Degree in Fine Arts or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Candidates must have knowledge of painting, drawing, sculpture, handicrafts, or related fields.
- Music Teacher: Bachelor’s Degree in Music from a recognized university or equivalent qualification. Should be competent to teach vocal and instrumental music, with knowledge of classical and regional music.
- Physical Education Teacher (Male / Female): Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or Graduation with Diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed.) from a recognized institution. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of training students in sports and games.
- Librarian: Degree in Library Science from a recognized university. Knowledge of library automation systems and computer applications is required. Experience of working in a school or institutional library is desirable.
- Female Staff Nurse: 12th pass with Science stream, along with a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM). The candidate must be registered with the Nursing Council and preferably have at least 2 years of work experience in a hospital/clinic.
- Hostel Warden: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Experience in student welfare, hostel administration, or related fields will be preferred. For Girls’ Hostel Warden, only female candidates are eligible.
- Accountant: B.Com. or equivalent degree with knowledge of accounting principles and software such as Tally. Experience in handling accounts and financial records will be an added advantage.
- Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification from a recognized board. Must possess typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer, along with working knowledge of MS Office.
- Lab Attendant: 10th pass with Science as a subject OR 12th pass with Science stream from a recognized board. Should have basic knowledge of handling laboratory equipment.

Age Limit
Applicants must meet the following age criteria for EMRS Recruitment 2025:
- Principal: Maximum 50 years.
- Vice Principal: Maximum 45 years.
- PGTs: Maximum 40 years.
- TGTs: Maximum 35 years.
- Art Teacher / Music Teacher / Physical Education Teacher / Librarian: Maximum 35 years.
- Female Staff Nurse: Maximum 35 years.
- Hostel Warden (Male/Female): Maximum 35 years.
