Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have the following minimum Educational Qualification required for the recruitment of the above posts in the Airports Authority of India.
- Junior Assistant (Office): Candidates must be a Graduate from a recognized University / Institution.
- Senior Assistant (Accounts): Candidates must be a Graduate (Preferably B.Com.) from a recognized University / Institution.
- Junior Executive (Common Cadre): Candidates must be a Graduate from a recognized University / Institution.
- Junior Executive (Finance): B.Com. with ICWA / CA / MBA (2 Years Duration) with specialization in Finance.
- Junior Executive (Fire Service): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. / Tech. in Fire Engg. / Mechanical Engg. /Automobile Engg.
- Junior Executive (Law): Professional degree in Law (3 years’ regular course after graduation OR 5 years’ integrated regular course after 10+2) and candidate should be eligible to get himself enrolled as an Advocate in Bar Council of India to do practice in courts in India.

Age Limit:-
Candidates should meet the following Age Limit for AAI Recruitment 2023 for the above posts.
- Maximum Age for Junior Executive Posts: 27 Years
- Maximum Age for Senir Assistant Posts: 30 Years
- Maximum Age for Junior Assistant Posts: 30 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
