Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for OSSC CHSL Recruitment 2026 must possess the following post-wise qualifications.

Amin (District Offices):Candidates must have passed +2 Arts / Science / Commerce or equivalent examination from a recognized board and must possess basic computer knowledge.
Junior Fisheries Technical Assistant: Candidates must have passed +2 Vocational Fisheries from CHSE / University with vocational subjects. Candidates having +2 Science qualification may also apply.
Junior Forensic Attendant: Candidates must have passed +2 Science or equivalent examination from a recognized board or institution.

Age Limit

The age criteria for OSSC CHSL Recruitment 2026 will be calculated as on 01 January 2025.

Minimum Age of the Candidates: 21 Years
Maximum Age of the Candidates: 42 Years
Age relaxation of 5 years for SEBC / SC / ST / Women and 10 years for PwD candidates as per Government rules.

Application Fee

As per the official notification of OSSC CHSL Recruitment 2026, candidates belonging to SC / ST / PwD categories are exempted from payment of examination fees. Other candidates are required to pay the prescribed fee online.

For General / SEBC / Other Candidates: ₹500
For SC / ST / PwD Candidates: No Fee
