The Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2026 notification has been officially released for recruitment in the MSME Banking Department on both Regular and Contractual basis. Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2026 must fulfill the educational qualifications and post-qualification experience as on 01/02/2026.

All Posts: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
Preferred (Relationship / Analyst Posts): Full Time MBA / PGDM (Finance / Marketing / Sales / Banking) or CA / CFA / CMA (as specified for respective post).
Experience: 2 to 8 years relevant experience in Asset Sales / MSME Credit Processing / Credit Analysis with Bank / NBFC / Financial Institutions as per post requirement.
Educational qualifications must be from Government recognized institutions.

Candidates must also have relevant post-qualification work experience as mentioned in the official notification.

Age Limit

The age criteria for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2026 vary according to the post as on 01/02/2026.

Assistant Manager (Contract): 22 – 32 years
Deputy Manager (Contract): 24 – 34 years
Assistant Vice President (Contract): 26 – 36 years
Manager (MMG/S-II): 25 – 34 years
Senior Manager (MMG/S-III): 29 – 40 years (as per post)
Age relaxation applicable for SC / ST / OBC / PWD / Ex-Servicemen as per Government rules.
