Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for OMC Limited Recruitment 2026 must fulfill the post-wise qualification and experience requirements as on 11 February 2026.

General Manager (Geology): M.Sc. / M.Sc.Tech / M.Tech in Geology or Applied Geology from a recognized University / Institute, with minimum 20 years post-qualification experience in exploration, mining or geological consultancy.
Addl. General Manager (Sales & Marketing): B.Tech / BE / B.Sc. Engineering in any discipline with minimum 15 years experience in Mining & Metal Sector, including at least 7 years in sales & marketing of mineral or bulk raw materials.
Dy. General Manager (Sales & Marketing): B.Tech / BE / B.Sc. Engineering in any discipline with minimum 12 years experience in Mining & Metal Sector, including sales & marketing experience.
Dy. General Manager (Legal): Bachelor’s Degree in Law with minimum 18 years post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer or legal officer in Government / PSU / Corporate organizations.
Senior Manager (Business Excellence): B.Tech / BE / B.Sc. Engineering with minimum 8 years experience in formulation and implementation of Business Excellence / TQM strategies.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for OMC Limited Recruitment 2026 varies post-wise and is calculated as on 11 February 2026.

For General Manager (Geology) Vacancy: Not above 55 years
For Addl. General Manager Vacancy: Not above 50 years
For Dy. General Manager (Sales & Marketing) Vacancy: Not above 44 years
For Dy. General Manager (Legal) Vacancy: Not above 50 years
For Senior Manager Vacancy: Not above 40 years
