Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), a Mini Ratna-I company under the Ministry of Defence, has released an official notification for MIDHANI Recruitment 2025. Educational Qualification
Candidates must have secured minimum 60% marks in their respective degrees and possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in the related field:
- Metallurgy: BE/B.Tech in Metallurgy/Material Science with 2 years’ experience in metallurgical process industry.
- Mechanical: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production with 2 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Electrical: BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation with 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Refractory Maintenance: BE/B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering with 2 years’ experience in refractory area.
- IT – Network Administrator: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE with 2 years’ experience in Network Administration and CCNA certification.
- Materials Management: BE/B.Tech and MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management (Law preferred) with 2 years’ experience; ERP exposure preferred.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the MIDHANI Recruitment 2025 is 30 years for UR candidates as on 10/09/2025. Relaxations are applicable as per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD candidates.
