Emoluments:
- The Management Trainee (Technical) will be offered Basic Pay of Rs. 50,000/- PM in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,60,000/-
- On successful completion of training of one year, the Management Trainee (Technical) will be designated as Assistant Manager in E1 grade and placed in the scale of pay of Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 1,80,000/- PM
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have the following Educational Qualifications required for SAIL Recruitment 2024 for the above Management Trainee post vacancies.
- Degree in Engineering with 65% marks (average of all semesters irrespective of the weightage given to any particular year by the Institute / University), in relevant Engineering Disciplines of Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, and Metallurgy.
Age Limit:
Candidates should follow the mentioned Age Limit for Management Trainee Recruitment in Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL)
- Upper Age Limit for General Candidates: 28 Years
- Upper Age Limit for OBC (NCL) Candidates: 31 Years
- Upper Age Limit for SC / ST Candidates: 33 Years
