Educational Qualification:-

- Junior Manager (Civil / PH): The candidate must have possessed a Diploma in Civil Engineering conducted by Odisha State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training or an equivalent qualification.
- Junior Manager (Electrical): The candidate must have possessed a Diploma in Electrical Engineering conducted by Odisha State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training or an equivalent qualification.
